This is an incredibly tasty Southwestern Style Macaroni and Cheese Recipe made Vegan design however is easily adaptable and interchangeable. Certainly provide this one a try, It's so excellent!!!
1. 3 cups elbow noodles (include water to prepare, follow your noodles instructions).
2. 6 strips of Bacon.
3. 1 can of green hatch chilies (usage what ever peppers you like).

6. 8 oz (2 cups) Cheddar cheese.
7. 4 oz mozzarella cheese.
8. 1 TBS dried onion flake.
9. 1/8 tsp Smoked Paprika (Or to taste).
10. Sea Salt to taste.
11. Pepper to taste.
12. 2 Cups Almond milk (or your option of milk).
13. 1 TBS Turmeric (optional).
Prepare 3 cups of elbow noodles according to instructions. Prepare bacon and slice up into pieces (Like Bacon Bits).
In a sauce pan melt 3 TBS butter then add into melted butter 1 pack of Ritz crackers, mix completely.
Add into a pot 2 cups of Cheddar cheese and 2 cups milk and 3 vegan mac and cheese TBS butter utilizing medium heat melt cheese in milk and butter, then add to your melted cheese your elbow noodles, 1 can of hatch chilies, 1/8 tsp smoked Paprika, 1 TBS dried onion flakes, bacon, Turmeric, and salt & pepper. Mix components together well.
Set oven to 350.
Put Macaroni mixture into a 9 x 12 casserole dish then spray Mozzarella cheese on top then spread your Ritz cracker mixture over the top for a crust.
Place into oven for 20 minutes but examine it so it doesn't burn. Secure and delight in!!!
